To add money in your KwikApi wallet, you need to deposit funds into KwikApi’s designated bank account from your whitelisted bank account and then balance will be automatically credited to your wallet.
Follow these steps:- Log in to your KwikApi panel at kwikapi.com/auth/login using your username and password.Deposit money into KwikApi’s bank account using online banking (IMPS,NEFT,RTGS) with your whitelisted bank account, Bank details are typically provided in your panel in Add money section.
🔴 Instructions on loading your KwikApi business wallet
To ensure smooth transactions, please follow these important guidelines when loading your KwikAPI business wallet:
✅ Transfer funds only from your registered/linked business bank accounts to the KwikAPI-provided Virtual Account Number.
✅Ensure that you have whitelisted your bank account on the KwikApi portal by following these steps:
Login > Dashboard > Add Money > Link Accounts
🚨 Important Notice:
Funds transferred from unregistered or personal bank accounts will be rejected.
In case of such transfers, fund reversals may take a few hours up to 3 working days after raising a request via email.
Non-compliance may lead to immediate wallet suspension.
Individual Business wallets can link and transfer money from their personal accounts.
Minimum deposit amount: ₹5,000
Cash deposits are not allowed.
Please note that payments through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app are not accepted.
Kindly transfer funds only via mobile banking or net banking.
